Product Info
For jackets, we recommend dry-cleaning only to preserve materials and patchwork. For t-shirts and sweaters, wash inside out on cold, and air dry or tumble dry on low. Never bleach or iron directly over designs.

Orders & Customization
Production usually takes 6-8 weeks depending on the item and the season. Rush options may be available—contact us before placing your order if you have a deadline.
Yes! For custom items, we provide a digital proof for approval. Production won’t begin until you’ve confirmed everything looks good.
Changes or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your item may already be in production.
Returns
Because all of our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s a quality issue or a mistake on our end, we’ll make it right—just contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
